During periods of high demand, order processing and delivery times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding and will do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During peak periods, sales events, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Khassani Swimwear ships worldwide.

Shipping availability and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • France: 2–5 business days
  • Europe: 3–10 business days
  • International: 5–15 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and shipping method selected.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before the order is completed.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.

Khassani Swimwear is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Khassani Swimwear cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work with trusted shipping partners, Khassani Swimwear is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
