If you would like to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team first by email at apolline@khassaniswimwear.com

Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Once your request has been approved, simply download the Return Form below, complete it, and include it inside your return parcel.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original tags and the protective hygiene liner must remain attached and intact.
• Items must be free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, sunscreen, stains, pet hair, or any other signs of wear.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer.

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.

Once your return request has been approved, please follow these steps:

• Download and print the Return Form available below.
• Complete the form and place it inside your return parcel.

Please download, print, and complete the return form before sending your parcel back. Include the completed form inside your return package to help us process your return as quickly as possible.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for your purchase.

Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
