What size should I buy?
We recommend referring to our Size Guide to find your perfect fit. Our bikinis are designed to fit true to size, but fit may vary depending on the style and coverage.

Can I cancel my order?
We’ll always do our best to process cancellation requests whenever possible. However, as orders are prepared and shipped quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been placed.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after midday will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be fully prepared and dispatched. Estimated delivery times are based on average carrier transit times.
Please note that expedited shipping services do not operate on weekends or public holidays.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking information. You can use this tracking number directly on the carrier’s website to follow your shipment and view the latest delivery updates in real time.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
What is your return policity?
We accept returns on unworn swimwear purchased from khassaniswimwear.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags and hygienic liners attached.
Please note that all final sale items are non-returnable. Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask that all swimwear be tried on over underwear.
How do I start my return?
You may submit a return request through our returns portal. Once your request has been approved, return instructions will be sent to you by email. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
After we receive and inspect your returned items, a refund confirmation will be sent to your email within approximately 10–15 business days. Return requests and shipping labels are valid for 28 days from the date of issue, and a reminder email will be sent prior to expiration.
Can I exchange an item?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order separately.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
If you are missing an item from your order, please reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of delivery.
What should I do if my package is lost or marked as stolen?
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we recommend waiting up to 72 hours, as some carriers may update the delivery status before the package arrives. If you are still unable to locate your order after this timeframe, please contact our customer support team at contact@khassaniswimwear.com

How do I care for my bikini?
To keep your swimwear looking its best, we recommend rinsing your bikini in cold water after each use and laying it flat to dry in the shade. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, and harsh detergents, as they may damage the fabric and colors.
Please avoid rough surfaces, oils, and excessive chlorine exposure to help preserve the quality and fit of your swimwear.
